Culver City has become the Westside's media capital: Amazon Studios at the Culver Studios lot, Apple's growing campus, HBO in the Ivy Station development, and the architecturally adventurous creative offices of the Hayden Tract. It's a market where buildings are brands — and brands need imagery.
We photograph creative office and studio-adjacent properties for owners and leasing teams, document construction around the Expo Line corridor, and produce aerial coverage for the mixed-use projects reshaping downtown Culver City.

Flying in Culver City: Airspace Considerations
Culver City sits between Santa Monica Airport's Class D airspace to the northwest and the LAX Class B structure to the south — most of the city is flyable with LAANC authorization, but grid ceilings vary block by block. Studio lots are closed sets from the air as much as the ground; we never overfly production facilities without authorization.
